When i try to launch the game from the disk it says plz insert in tom a xbox 360 how do i fix this

I guess your download was corrupted. Unfortunately, this can happen with direct downloads for such big files.
First, check that the download finished correctly. There are instructions how to do it, tools and the files' hashtags on our download page.
I highly recommend downloading with torrent, because
a) you can disrupt and resume the download without problems
b) torrent programs can check for file integrity and re-download only the incorrect parts
c) torrents are generally faster.
