Title: Microphone Problem
Post by: ausimex on July 19, 2013, 01:15:04 AM
I have a Mac, and after i opened the application, it worked just fine. I set the Sound Card to my camera mic and it said it was working. But when I started a song, it said "Player 1 has no microphone connected." What do I do?

Go to: Tools -> Options -> Record

Select 'Sound Card', and choose your device.

Select 'Channel 1', and choose 1.

That should fix you right up.

'Default' and 'Master Volume' are settings for the 'Input' setting.

There should be an option above that for 'Soundcard'.  If you don't have this setting, then your computer has some issues.  You will likely need to install the drivers for your sound card.

Do you have a MacBook ? in that case I can only recommend you to go with an USB microphone, there a bug affecting some macbook in ultrastar making impossible to use internal mic.
