Title: MLK theme's icon is slightly cut off
Post by: Memi on December 19, 2013, 05:37:07 AM
Using the My Little Karaoke theme, i've noticed the icon on the top right hand corner is slighty cut off by about 7/8ths. It is always cut off, regardless of wether I change my resolution from highest to lowest. My highest res is 1280x800.
Is this just affecting me because I have bad resolution or is this happening to other people's games?

Pic related, its the cut off logo.

The background is sized for widescreen monitors.

When you use a monitor that is not widescreen, the program will center it and clip the sides.

Yes. The background was designed with HDTV resolutions (720p/1080p) in mind. When playing the game on another resolution, ffmpeg will try its best not to mess with aspect ratios, and will zoom/crop the videos. This happens to all videos, even when singing, but is not as obvious.

The MLK logo is baked in the menus background video, hence the clipping.
