Luna is one of my favorite songs from the community, and I would LOVE to be able to sing it in UltraStar.

Yes! I do. If you want to do this, please, help yourself. Everyone here is free to work on every song, as long as he first posts in the right thread that he is working on it.
If the quality is right it will be included in the project.
