Sorry for the delay, but everything is now done and released!
I really enjoyed working on these songs and will definitely try to do any other songs they release in the future.

Can you make sure you have the latest version of USDX installed? I believe the last update fixed this bug.

I agree, Artist could be set to the album's name to distinguish it from songs from the show.

I probably shouldn't have started with something this big and complicated though, but whatever, it was good learning experience :)

That might have something to do with admin rights. You could try to disable UAC, install the song and reenable it afterwards.

I checked it out just now, amazing job for a first time :)

There's only one thing I'd recommend to you and that's YASS with it's automatic error correction tool, which would help you fix the few minor issues there are left (http://prntscr.com/c7gxep).
Also, it seems to me that in the chorus, you're using the backing vocals instead of the lead (ie. lines 11 and 15), which might confuse people, since most will try singing the lead and fail... or that might be just me, I don't know!

And thank you for doing this song, it's always nice to have more of SlyphStorm ;)

To add some insight, the exception is happenning on TarArchive extraction (line 346 in Form1.cs), since it's trying to place the WebInstall executable in the installation folder, not realizing it's already there and running, therefore getting IOException (The process cannot access the file because it's being used by another process).

Your story sounds quite familiar to me. I think many of us started this way :)

This song had notes slightly shifted (probably by accident) and some pitch problems in the chorus. I noticed that and fixed it, here is the result, it would be nice if the mods could add it to the next update :)

This weekend the Czech/Slovak MLP convention, Czequestria, was happenning. Among other music games (Trotmania, My Little Rockband), MLK was there. The room was always fully occupied, deffinitely the most popular game of them all :)
