I also can't reproduce the bug. Works here with all the different usdx versions I am runnign which use the current ffmpeg version.
For those who are affected, please remember to test this again with our next mlk release candidate... :D

could you check if this still happens with ffmpeg 2.7 or newer?

can't reproduce this problem with ultrastar deluxe 1.2 alpha.

PS: that rainbow-dash image is great!

could you upload that song somewhere and post the download link here so I can take a look at this issue? Are you sure these sparkles are not part of the video itself?
