Current cover and background are just from a still from the video and as such are of exceptional (lack of) quality. Oh and at least on my PC this exhibits bug https://github.com/UltraStar-Deluxe/USDX/issues/600 consistently (also if I remove the video altogether).

Might need some minor tweaks, but should be pretty much done. There are also two further, more instrumental sounding downloads in https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x0u19KehK8M, but both of them have a guitar instead of voice (not just voice removed). This is especially obvious around 3:12, so I didn't include it.

NB: I'm not good at pitching stuff like this, so: Rap note = I have no idea and didn't even try to put a pitch. But normal notes can also be way off.

NB2: I have an instrumental called x03 - Instrumental (by Chrr Z).wav but it's not included in the archive because Rammstein - Puppe is an actual song.

Video is not included, but the one from the English version can/should be reused.
See included info file for sources, more info, and TODOs (audio volume is very low, there's some notes I'm not sure whether they're split or not).

Based on the English version (hence multiple people in #CREATOR), but most of the pitches and the BPM are about the only things left untouched.
