Hi guys, ;D
Lately, I found site of Pony Rock Project and links to theirs songs (around 150 songs for now  :o):
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/lv?key=0AmamL433i5U9dFFybV9zbFlfOXhGRjV0N0k5ZUFiQlE&rm=full#gid=0
In this doc under "Authors" in "Chart Information" are links to pages, from we can download songs in rb3 format.
There is easy way to export this songs from RB3 to Ultrastar format.
1. Download Modio: http://www.mediafire.com/?82z2exuvtnyv68a
2. Download FoF Lyrics Converter: http://www.fretsonfire.net/forums/viewtopic.php?t=31765
3. Download song in RB3_con format.
4. Drop that song into Modio, go to File Contents, then extract all.
5. Find .mid and convert it with FoF Lyrics Converter.
5a. If you don't know how to use FoF Lyrics Converter, this is how i convert with it (work on Win, for others systems i dunno, but there is tut on page of FoF Lyrics Converter).
5b. I have folder named "f" on disk "c", where is unpacked FoF Lyrics Converter.
5c. To that folder I drop mid and rename it to notes.mid
5d. Then i paste to address bar, this command:
"C:\f\foflc.exe -in midi notes.mid -nohyphens 2 -filter -brute -out ustar notes.txt"
And puff!! ;) we have notes.txt for Ultrastar with breaklines and random gold notes.
6. In previously extracted folder there is also .mogg file with contains multitrack version of songs. We can export it to ogg, or other formats with Audacity or we can simple download mp3 of song we converted notes.

Also here is link to song "There's Pinkie - Fountains of Pony" which i exported:
http://www.mediafire.com/?o790956wukou1nh

When i finish exporting, I add here more songs.

Easier way: get the .mid from the FoF version and use YASS. I've been trying that for Kaos Rizing and Flutterwonder, works quite well - there are a few edits needed afterwards to remove the RockBand-specific timestamps from the resulting songs (freestyle markers, etc).

I any case, we do not have the explicit authorization to use their work as a source. I'd love it too - and I asked them already but got no answer. I won't say "no" to new songs, though, but obviously the credits will have to go to the Pony Rock Project itself.

BTW, don't convert music files; try to get one directly from the artist meeting the quality and technical requirements of the project (320kbps CBR). If you can't, just notify me and I4ll try to go fishing for the files. Thanks ;)

EDIT: added the song to ownCloud, along with the official artwork and MP3 taken directly from the artist.

Thx for reply ;D. I noticed that there was no new songs added for couple of months, maybe their authors are not active anymore. In our friendly brony community I don't think that, they will be mad at us for using their work. Anyway I will convert their songs to Ultrastar for my own use. Can I post them or just keep for myself ??? ?

Fixed early page breaks.

Also, most confusing background ever for a song (I like it!)
