the lyrics are completely off on this. I would a second or two delay for the lyrics.

Thanks for reporting it - it's indeed way off.

This can be fixed by manually changing the #GAP: tag in the corresponding notes.txt file (on Windows: click the "Update" button in the launcher, select "Open Song Folders"). A value of roughly #GAP:25340 seems to do the trick, though I'll have to look deeper into it.
