Whoa, that's not an easy song you picked there, especially beat-wise.
And there are lots and lots of timings that still need to be corrected.
My tip: play it with Performous (after setting the right delays for audio, read the performous wiki, I should do a tutorial on that sometime) and hit Ctrl+S. This will toogle a simple sine-wave that plays the notes. You can hear wrong timings (and pitches!) easily this way.

What you should think about, too: Which parts should actually be sung by the player? This is a very multi-layered song with a lot of background vocals and certainly done with more than one take (two/three guys and sometimes 4–5 voices). And, if you know what needs to be sung, which part of the harmony? What is the lead voice? (Take the sooooooaaaar part for example)

Very good guide, this will help a lot of newbies.

One thing, though: VBR to CBR encoding is bad, really bad.
You loose a lot of quality while possibly even enlarging the actual file.
If you are serious about your song, always go for the original .wav, .flac and then re-encode it yourself to mp3 CBR. (For the HQ releases I would go for 320kbit/s, for the low-res ones for mp3 192kbit/s).
We should also keep these uncompressed audio files around, since we might need to re-encode them at a point in the future and karaoke is all about the music, less about video.
