Had a quick glance at it. It's a nice start, but you need to break words into syllables - won't work fine in the game if you don't.
For instance :
: 211 12 5 všechno
is two syllables, which don't have the same pitch. :)
Also, words that are only one syllable, but with a pitch variation, still need to be broken down (the pitch always prevail).
Finally you probably will want to make this a "Freestyle" note, hard for a microphone to catch:

And any break isn't possible, because there isn't any break.
You can split words into multiple notes, and you'll need to. To take the first line in the song, it should be split:
Ne-ní to, že nej-sem vděč-ná
Za všech-no, co da-li jste mi
You can check the English versions for reference, too.
And have somewhat shorter lines, even if it means breaking up sentences, like I did above. Now I don't know if this break makes the resulting lines look awkward, as I don't speak a word of Czech (Czechish?), so I leave it to your judgement, but the lines as you have them are simply too long.
Also, your pitching is pretty far off. Again, refer to the English version and the song creation FAQ if you need pointers.
Ok, final version.
Syllables, heights, length, breaks all remastered. That was so lengthy that it has three minutes.
1600 BPM is way too much. You should aim for something like 300-400. And you still didn't split up all the syllables. Check reply #5. For every "-", there should be a new note. You did it for a few words further back in the song, so why not all throughout?
I wonder, what program did you use to create this file?
I was use Ultrastar creator and BMP was my bad.

Grammar has nothing to do with it. It's seperate syllables. They are at different pitches. Every note should contain exactly one audiable vowel. And the pitching is still awfully off. Load the file into USDX/MLK, go to the editor - see the song creation guide linked in my sig - and press SHIFT+P. Do the same with the English version for a comparison.
The easiest thing for you to do is get the English version, rewrite the lyrics and move the gap and some notes around until it matches up again.

I did what I could, again. Pitching is hard approximately do when disagree lengths.
It's much better. At least I have a solid framework and don't have to do it all from scratch. I already started making improvements, and will post them here when I'm done.
One thing, though, if you plan to do another song sometime: when breaking up the lyrics into words, put the space on the latter word.
So it's "Three" " months" " of" " win" "ter"... instead of "Three " "months " "of " "win" "ter "...
I hope that's clear. It makes later editing much easier.
