Nope, that is not correct at all. I guess the online installer didn't finish Installation. I suggestion you to manually delete the installation and then reinstall again using the online installer.

Fyi, #VIDEOGAP is usually not needed. It is better to cut audio and video correctly. then there is no need for a videogap.

@Dex can't you simply fix these issues by Pressung c, shift c and t in the editor?

Thanks Dexeus! So this is not a threading issue but rather caused by the installer not being able to overwrite itself because of filelocking. This is sort of the proper reaction for the inner issue, but should be handled differently by the installer.
Not sure jet how to handle this the best way.
